08 / FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before you take the next step.
Is the website included in the plan?
Yes. Initial setup covers discovery, design and website creation or improvement within your plan. Monthly fees include maintenance and defined updates. If your current site works well, we improve and connect it.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Our fees cover management within the agreed scope; your business pays media spend directly to Meta or Google. Third-party licenses and usage costs are identified before you sign.
How does filming work?
Our base is Caracas, with operations in Venezuela. On-site production is confirmed by city and coverage, not automatically by the agency’s location. In the U.S. we include scripts, remote direction and editing; on-site filming is quoted separately.
What does CRM implementation include?
We implement lead recording, assignment and follow-up using existing tools within your scope. The client remains responsible for sales. Licenses, custom integrations and additional automations are reviewed separately.
How will we measure progress?
We agree on the metrics at the start: content, inquiries, sources and lead quality. When your team records appointments, quotes or sales, we can review that progress too. We do not guarantee sales.
Can we start with a more focused scope?
Yes. The initial call helps determine what your business needs. We can evaluate a focused project or an integrated system without adding services that do not make sense for your stage.
How do I get a proposal?
Book a call or tell us what your business needs. We review your goals, market and scope before preparing a tailored proposal.
